Alain DARRAS has nearly 30 years experience in the hotel and restaurant sector ranging from operational fast food and restaurant management, having run his own restaurant business in the early 1980s, to hotel management with different brands.

He specialises as a project manager for new built hotels and renovations.  Alain DARRAS has undertaken projects throughout New-Brunswick, Quebec and Ontario. He also has particular expertise in market demand, financial feasibility studies, and strategic planning for the development of a mid-market internationally branded hotels.
